DSSI는 모든 사업을 진행함에 있어 전 임직원, 그리고 모든 고객과 이해 관계자를 위한 HSE 경영시스템을 운영하고 있습니다.
DSSI operates QHSE management system that applies to its all kind of business for all employees, clients and stakeholders. Quality, health, safety and environment factors are integral parts of all DSSI’s activities. All employees of DSSI strive to create a safe and efficient workplace where there are zero accidents and no one gets hurt.
품질
대내/외 고객만족을 위하여 DSSI는 ISO 9001 인증시스템을 기반으로 모든 업무의 품질 관리에 노력을 기울이고 있습니다. DSSI는 전 임직원에게 필요한 자원 및 교육을 제공하고 각자의 책임을 완수 할 수 있도록 격려 합니다. DSSI는 전 임직원의 업무 평가, 위기 관리 대응을 위한 업무 메뉴얼, 목표 및 평가 기준을 제시 합니다.
DSSI strive to improve all kind of work quality all the time for its internal/external clients’ satisfaction. Accredited ISO 9001 management system is being applied for all work process.

‘Go with safety’ is DSSI’s main symbol in terms of safety that implies DSSI’s all work environments are secured safely. DSSI strongly focuses on safety mind in all times and strives to maintain safe work environment under ISO 18001 system management.
  • 정기 위험 평가 관리를 실행하여 모든 작업 환경에 위험 요소가 있는지 점검합니다.
  • 사고 방지 및 사고가 나더라도 누구든지 침착하게 대응 할 수 있도록 모든 직원에게 일, 주, 월별 안전 교육을 제공하고 있습니다.
  • 매 작업 전, TBM, JSA를 통한 안전 점검으로 작업을 시작합니다.
  • DSSI 만의 자체 구조활동훈련을 통하여 사고 발생 시에도 즉각 대응이 가능하도록 준비하고 있습니다.
  • 전 임직원의 적극적인 참여를 도모할 수 있는 안전 활동 우수자 에게 주어지는 포상 제도를 운영하고 있습니다.
  • 전 임직원에게 정기적인 건강 검진의 기회를 부여하고, 직업과 관련된 질병의 모니터링을 통하여 건강한 작업 환경의 구축에도 힘쓰고 있습니다.

DSSI는 기업의 사회적 책임의 일부로써 ISO 14001의 기준을 적용하여 환경 관리에도 노력하고 있습니다.
